Like new:

The device looks like it just came out of the box. Item comes with original box and cables. Any item that has any scratches or scuffs, will not qualify for this condition.


No major dents, heavy scratches, heavy scuffs, cracks. No major cosmetic imperfections. May have light scratches or scuffs.


May have some dents, heavy scratches and scuffs. LCD may have small cracks or scratches.


Heavily used device, may have large scratches and scuffs or dented. LCD may have cracks. Device still works.

Selling to

We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.

It is your responsibility to include all materials agreed upon in the offer. Failure to send all materials or materials that do not match the agreed upon description may result in a revised offer.

Packing your item

Pack up your item in the original box with the original foam inserts if you have them, and then place that box inside a second box for security purposes.

If you have the original box and foam inserts, pack your item and then place the package inside another box.

If you do not have the original box, use a larger box that will allow for generous amounts of bubble wrap, or packing peanuts to protect your item during shipping.

When your package is ready, print and tape the provided label to your box and bring it to the any location associated with company on the label. Some locations may offer professional packing services. Inc. will pay for the actual shipping charges on the electronic shipping label. You are responsible for all other packaging services and materials.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

Selling to Inc.

In the event we must adjust the offered price on your device, we will notify you through the email address you provide. Inc. will allow three (3) days for you to accept the revised offer. If no response is received during this period, the revised offer will be deemed accepted and you will be paid the new offer price.

You can choose to reject our revised offer and we will return your item back to you.

Buying from Inc.

Our policy lasts 100 days. Inc. offers extended warranty periods which you can learn more about in the “Warranty” section.

If your 100 days have gone by since your purchase and you do not have an extended coverage, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. automatically includes 100 days of warranty on any purchase.

Just send in your Apple product. Once we’ve processed your device, we can pay you through PayPal and email transfer. If you’re in Vancouver, we can give you cold hard cash.
